I will be teaching Writing the Ten Minute Play through Armed Services Arts Partnership Mondays starting March 1. If you are military alliliated, please reach out to them to join!
Please check out Writers in Weird Places-- Judy Reeves and I have hosted two generative writing roadtrips via Zoom from some of the weirdest, wildest spots we found, using each location’s atmosphere as inspiration for writing prompts. The first, in August 2025 took us from San Diego to Ashland, OR where we hosted 10 workshops. The second was in early 2026 around the Southwest, where we hosted five.
Stay tuned for the next one--coming late 2026!
I have previously taught with Bravo School of Art, Coronado School of the Arts, Girl Scouts of San Diego, Inked Voices, La Jolla Playhouse, Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego Brain Injury Foundation, San Diego State University, San Diego Writers, Ink, Scripps Ranch Theatre, Southwest Writers, Theater for Young Professionals, Wounded Warriors, and the YMCA.
I am always happy to discuss teaching one-day (or longer term) prompt-based, generative writing, playwriting, or The Artist's Way/creativity workshops.
